PR- The Social Media Way

Yesterdays PR was about one way shouting and voices full of buzzwords, hype, propaganda, complexity and brain washing. It was mixed with attitude – like “my way, my method, my platform, my style, my time, my talk, no feedback” – CUSTOMER shut up and buy my product/service.
Today’s PR is about customer listening, conversations, engaging, helping, etc. It is about following customers where they are and talking to them in a format, platform and tone they feel comfortable. It is about backing up the conversations and listening with Actions immediately.
